  • 40% of the budget is towards Core & Shell. Fully prefabricated components assembled onsite and includes: Structural framing Panelized Enclosure and roof system; Windows & Doors. 
     

  • 60% is related to Site services (Grading, Foundations, Utility hookups) and project specific layouts and specs. (Number of bedrooms and Bathrooms, etc)
     

  • Documentation & Permitting is an additional cost driven by site complexity.
